You agree to pay the applicable charges for availing the Services as communicated on or through the Platform.

Contract Formation

When you initiate a transaction for availing any Services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for those Services.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claims, demands, actions, penalties, or reasonable attorney’s fees arising from your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, other policies, violation of law, or infringement of third‑party rights.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to an event beyond our reasonable control (a “force majeure” event).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Certain sections of the Platform may be accessible without registration; however, your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. Data Deletion & Retention

You can delete your account via your profile/settings, which will result in loss of all account‑related information. You may also contact us for assistance. We may refuse or delay deletion if there are pending grievances, claims, shipments, or other services. We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes collected or as required by law, and may retain anonymised data for analytics and research.

Your Rights

You may access, rectify, and update your personal data using Platform functionalities provided.

Consent & Withdrawal

By providing personal data, you represent you have authority to do so, including for others where applicable, and you consent to our contacting you via SMS, messaging apps, calls, and/or email for purposes in this Policy. You may withdraw consent by writing to the Grievance Officer (see below). Withdrawal is prospective and may affect provision of Services.
